The site is located near the intersection of Parr Street and Back Colquitt Street. It is currently a vacant building and was used as a mixed-use building comprising a nightclub, a hotel and music recording studios at No 33-45 and residential units at No 47-55. The existing building sits within the Ropewalks area which is currently undergoing extensive regeneration. It is located within the Duke Street conservation area.
We propose to submit a detailed planning application for no. 76 apart-hotel rooms on this site and partial demolition with facade retention. This we believe will enhance the appearance of the site by upgrading its environment.
